MAISHA means ‘life’ in Swahili, which reflects abundance, movement and the light in us all

My name is Maria, and I truly believe in the power of conversation. As a certified coach I specialize in transformative life coaching and teamcoaching, offering help and guidance to individuals and organisations that seek positive and lasting change.

When we align ourselves with our heart and passion, the journey to unleash our potential begins – both personally and professionally. I guide people to a more conscious and authentic way of being and my approach is warm, professional and down-to-earth.

For the past 15 years I have worked in consultancy with people and organisations to achieve high-impact results and meaningful changes in learning settings and workshops in Denmark and abroad. I now work as a certified coach, focusing on both individual and team growth.

I hold a master’s degree in social science as well as several educations within process consultancy, strategic leadership and coaching. I am originally from Denmark and currently posted with my family in Nairobi, Kenya.
